Order Processing Time

Please note that my production time for each product is 1-2 weeks, plus shipping time.

Shipping time

1-13 business days for delivery (depending on your location).

If you require this product for a special occasion and need to receive it by a specific date please feel free to send me a message with the details (i.e, date, location) and we can discuss other options available.

Free shipping Canada wide

All orders come with free expedited shipping to anywhere in Canada. This includes insurance and a tracking number so that you can follow your item in transit. Everything is shipped with Canada Post from Fredericton, NB.  

Local pick up

For local pick up, please choose the local pick up option during check out. Although our shop is based in Keswick Ridge, NB often times I can arrange to meet in Fredericton. All orders that are for local pick up, a $10 discount per order will be applied.

Shipping Address

All items will be shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout. If the shipping address provided is incorrect, or if the package is "returned to sender" you can pay for the additional shipping charges to have the item re-shipped, and it will be sent out to the correct address promptly.

If you do not wish to pay for the shipping charges, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the item minus the actual shipping charges that were initially paid to send the item out (even with "free" shipping).

For custom pieces where the address provided is incorrect, and the customer doesn't want to pay for the re-shipment, they will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the item, due to the custom nature of the product.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, a full refund will only be issued if it is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. If you cancel your order after the 24 hour period has passed, but before the item has shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us within 3 days of your item being received.

All items are final sale. If you have an issue with your product, please contact me within 3 days of your item being received, and we will assess the situation and see how we can help.
